It’s everything but easy to find a job when you’re young and coming from the ghettos. But the NGO APART - based in the Parisian’s suburbs – truly believe the shortest way to employment is to find your path is the great outdoors. Mountains teach you resilience, respect and self-confidence.

We’ve been following the organization for years, and what we wrote helped Arc’teryx to discover and partner with the NGO.

Working with APART is discovering extraordinary people. Deeply moving stories of people who had nothing to do with the mountains. But yet, it's there that they draw, deep down, the strength to fight on. To highlight these exceptional stories, we produced a series of three inspiring portraits.
